When will I feel the effect of the energy work? Can I expect immediate results? The energy work does take effect immediately, although clients may see the full results manifest over time. My experience is that most clients feel an immediate change and then continue to see additional blessings from the clearing over time.

Calyco Healing is like taking a garden, pulling the weeds, and then planting new seeds. Like a summer garden, some of those new seeds pop up immediately, some take a little bit longer to show the expected fruit. Our mental "gardens" already have some great seeds planted, so Calyco also takes those existing plants and adds some fertilizer (or positive energy) so those seeds can flourish. Just like a freshly weeded garden, the change from Calyco Healing is noticeable and immediate and continuing benefits can be seen as the months go by.

How do I prepare for an energy session? Calyco Healing is easy and does not require major preparation by the client for the healing to take place. Clients should drink plenty of water before and after a session to help in the healing process. Some clients do like to send a brief email to ashlee@ashleemiller.com to help gather their own thoughts prior to a session. Sending an email prior to the session is optional.
